Refunds and the See-It-First Guarantee
You see your site before it goes live. If you don't love it, tell me before launch and I'll refund everything you've paid. If I'm late, your first month of Care is free.
What "late" means
Late means your site isn't live within 5 calendar days of the last checklist item arriving. Delays caused by domain access you haven't given yet don't count. If I'm late, your first month of Care is free. On the $1,495 package the free month is added on, so Care runs 7 months.
How to claim a refund
Email [email protected] any time before launch and say you'd like a refund. No forms, no fight. I issue the refund to your original card within 2 business days. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
After launch
Once you've approved your site and it's live, the balance is due and no refund is offered. Anything you'd like changed can be fixed in your revision rounds.
Care and cancellation
- Monthly Care ($99/mo) and Quarterly Checkup ($249/quarter) renew until you cancel.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, by email or through the Stripe customer portal link in your billing emails.
- Annual Refresh ($990/yr) is prepaid and doesn't auto-renew. I'll remind you 30 days before it ends, and it renews only if you say yes.
- The 6 months of Care in the $1,495 package aren't billed separately. After month 6, Care continues only if you opt in. Nothing auto-renews.
- When you cancel, you keep your files.
- A small edit takes 15 minutes or less. Unused edits don't roll over.
