Who you're working with
WebsitePlz is run by Joshua Gold. "I" and "me" below means WebsitePlz. "You" means the business buying the site.

On cleaning and pressure washing sites, Emergency-ready is called Booking-ready, and the license line is an insured/bonded line. Same price and contents.
Payment
Each site package is a one-time price. You pay 50% to start and the other 50% at launch, after you've approved your site. Care plans are separate and optional; see Care and cancellation.
Timeline
Your site goes live within 5 calendar days of the last checklist item arriving: logo, phone, cities, services, photos, reviews, license and insured lines, and domain access. Delays caused by domain access you haven't given yet don't count toward the 5 days.
Revisions
Starter includes 1 revision round. The other packages include 2. A revision round is one list of changes to what's on the page, such as text, photos, colors or the order of sections. A new design, new pages or new features aren't revisions and are quoted separately.
Who owns what
You own your domain from day one. It's registered in your name and your account. Once you've paid in full, you own the final page files too. Leave any time and take everything with you.
Your content
Everything you send me (logo, photos, text, reviews) must be yours or used with permission. Reviews must be real reviews from real customers. I don't write or invent reviews. License and insurance details must be accurate.
What's not included
- Blogs or extra pages
- Online stores or payments on your site
- SEO campaigns or link building
- Running or managing ads
- Hosting after launch, unless you choose Care or the 6-month package
